62lb is a very soft suspension best for most riders below 140lb
66lb is a soft suspension best for riders 140-170lb who ride street
70lb is a moderate suspension for riders above 160 lbs - 200 lbs and/or riders who like to do big jumps or drops.
74lb is a stiff suspension for riders 185+lb or heavier riders who like to do big jumps or drops
