• Batteries: 6 months from date of purchase
• Shipping: Free 2-way shipping on eligible warranty repairs

What is Not Covered

• Damage from crashes, water submersion, or misuse
• Normal wear items (tires, brake pads, grip tape)
• Modifications or unauthorized repairs
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

How to Start a Warranty Claim

1. Contact us at hello@boltrides.ca with your order number and description of the issue
2. We will diagnose the issue and either ship you replacement parts or provide a shipping label if needed
3. Ship the device or component to our service center
4. We repair or replace and ship back to you — free of charge
